Work these two parts together or directly in order, as both are foundational to growing your business. Here, you'll get the simple steps you need to build an organization, impact even more lives, and create that stream of income you so desire.
Step 1: Learn what's possible

It takes commitment, hard work, consistency, and a willingness to learn and grow along the way. Step 2: Learn about the money
Earn money when you help people get started on our systems, by following what we call "You Share, They Share, Repeat." Check out this short video to understand how it works. Since you're here to earn an income, you're going to LOVE learning the entire compensation plan and how it works as you grow your business.
Residual income: Income that continues to be paid long after the initial work is completed.
With Isagenix, the products are highly consumable and produce emotional results that people want to experience long term. This is how income can become residual- as your product users are loving the products and ordering their boxes every month, you'll earn commissions on those product purchases, which will grow as your customer base grows.

Step 3: Fill out your map to Crystal Executive
Crystal Executive is where it's at! You'll be helping a lot of customers along the way, and also helping others earn their own referral bonuses as they share this nutrition with others. The highest leadership rank in Isagenix is Crystal Executive- this is the path to run on to open up the entire compensation plan and give you a solid foundation as you grow your team.
Print off the Map to Crystal Executive, fill it out (page 4) and share it with your mentor.
Use this as a guiding map as you work to get to Executive (if it's within 180 days, it's Crystal and you'll receive an additional $1,000 bonus on top of many other bonuses along the way). Keep it front and center as you work towards your goals.
Say, Share, Do:
This is a simple system that your customers will also be able to use when they want to share Isagenix with others. It will be KEY to working towards Crystal Executive. We want to keep it simple so as many people as possible can benefit from both the nutrition and the referral money. Follow the 3 steps below found on the IsagenixBusiness website; they work! Steps 4 and 5 are about making sure you and your people are plugged in, supported, and using the intangible piece of Isagenix- a living, breathing place for support and growth in ways you didn't even think possible.
Step 4: Plug yourself in as a leader
SUCCESS = SKILLS + MINDSET + ACTION
You'll grow your business by focusing on the basic steps and by growing your leadership. You don't need to have leadership experience prior to Isagenix, as there are so many resources in and outside of Isagenix to learn how to lead a team. Check out the Resources tab for some of our recommendations under Key Reading and Personal Development. And, plug into the following right away so you can find your groove in the consistent, persistent daily action that will keep you on the right track.
Facebook Groups
Plug into your team's Facebook groups for product support and for business/team support every day. Your product page is a "virtual storefront" and a great place for current product users and anyone not yet enrolled who is open to taking a look. Your business/team page is for people who are enrolled and ready to earn any level of income with Isagenix. Actively participate in these groups every day- answer questions, post content you're learning, welcome new people and cheer on others through recognition. Your team will follow your lead in showing up and keeping this "virtual storefront" and "business support group" running smoothly!
Opportunity Calls & Corporate Training Calls
All Isagenix calls are posted at http://isafyi.com/calls - there are calls offered every week for various audiences and topics. They include:
Your Ideal Life presentations (perfect to invite those interested in hearing about the Isagenix nutrition and opportunity- get your guests on these calls)
Step Up to Success calls (training calls for YOU as you learn how to rank advance to Consultant, Manager, Director, Executive, 2 star and beyond *and teach your team to do the same*)
Launch Parties
These are also called Healthy Happy Hours, Sip and Samples, Tastings, or any other creative name you want to use to gather & invite people in a group to learn about Isagenix. The Eat It, Love It, Share It Kit includes everything you need to host a successful launch party. Key in your mentor as you plan your first launch party, invite current product users and team members to share their story as well, keep it simple and have fun! As you grow your team, support them by attending their launch parties, partnering up to host them together, and even sharing your story via Zoom if your teammate isn't located near you. Holding launch parties consistently is a great way to continually invite people to take a look at Isagenix; many people host them weekly or monthly.
Team Calls
Monday nights at 9pm CST / 7pm PST are our #leadersrisehere calls. Call login information is posted at the start of each week in our business groups. Consistency on these calls will help you stay plugged in and give you a place to plug your new teammates in as they are ready to share Isagenix with others.
Events
Events are a cornerstone to learning more about Isagenix- the products, how to share with others and how to earn an income. Local events like Launch Parties (above) are a key component to growing your team.
Regional events like Super Saturdays are also essential to plug in broadly, meet some of the corporate team, bring your new teammates and learn key skills that will help you get started.
Core 4 Events are one of the best ways to turn this into a profession. If you want to earn an income with Isagenix, you'll want to attend the next Core 4 event that you can. This will give you the entire picture and steps to successfully build your business, as well as connect you in to the culture and community across the world. Step 5: Teach your team to do the same
The final step in all of this: repeat, repeat, repeat. Teach your team to do exactly what you've done. Building an organization of happy customers, people who share with others what they've found in Isagenix, and others who are earning an income is the foundation to long term success and residual income. At any point, the things you learn will serve your team when you pass them along. If you're finding success at events, teach your team the importance of events. If you're finding success with 3-way calls, teach your team to utilize 3-way calls. Our physical health solutions are second to none, and when paired with showing others the financial opportunity and focusing on getting them paid, you'll be able to grow this thing to beyond what you ever first imagined. Plug in, plug your team in, teach them, and enjoy the journey along the way. It is so worth it!
Now you can say you're doing it! By following these steps, you are well on your way to growing your Isagenix income. At this point, you have the roadmap with the clearest path to freedom. Now, it's time to practice your skills in real life as you grow, staying committed to learning and real-life practice along the way.
